A competent hardscape product carrying a brand name that now means something different. MSU Extension's write-up on the reformulation is worth reading before you buy on habit: the residential line replaced glyphosate with triclopyr, fluazifop and diquat, and those three do not behave like the old formula. Triclopyr hits broadleaves only, fluazifop hits grasses only, diquat gives the fast visible burn — together they are still non-selective in effect, so it stays off lawns. Two consequences people get caught by. MSU notes these products are NOT labeled for vegetable or other edible gardens, even as a burndown, which the glyphosate version was. And the extended-control versions in the same family add imazapic, which MSU warns can move through soil and be taken up by roots, so keep well clear of tree and shrub root zones. Three and a half stars is for a decent product sold under a name that invites a wrong assumption.
